BOZHENA FEDYNETS
I believe that the therapy process should feel safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and be customized to address the specific concerns, needs, and goals of each individual. I care deeply about clients’ unique stories when considering how to best help them and believe in the power of personalized care. Through genuine curiosity and listening, I work collaboratively with my clients towards real healing and growth. Whether a person is facing challenges, seeking personal growth, or striving for greater self-understanding, I am here to help.
I value being my genuine self with my clients and providing therapy in a warm and compassionate way. My approach is founded on kindness, care, non-judgment, and seeing client strengths. I believe in fostering genuine connections with my clients and building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.
My background in mental health since 2015 has allowed me to work with clients of all ages and many diverse backgrounds. My past work in men’s and women’s clinics refined my customization of therapy to mens and womens issues. Throughout my career, I have also been fortunate to learn different cultural and spiritual healing practices; I care deeply about providing culturally competent care to clients. As an immigrant, I empathize with missing family back home, learning a new language, and feeling alone in a new place. Therapy becomes much more effective when a client feels understood and I believe improvements are much more likely if people’s backgrounds and stories are valued.
Ultimately, we all want to live a peaceful and meaningful life; I wish to help clients discover their inner potential, cultivate resilience, build greater self-awareness and pave the way towards personal growth and fulfillment.
