Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the first step toward meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood as you explore challenges and discover new ways forward. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.
I work primarily with adults navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you are adjusting to new roles, coping with uncertainty, recovering from difficult experiences, or feeling weighed down by day-to-day demands, I aim to provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your true self. I value each person’s cultural background and lived experiences, and I bring an anti-oppressive perspective to my work.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based strategies. While I use these tools, I also take a humanistic perspective—meaning our sessions are not just about “techniques,” but about building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel safe to be yourself.
