DANIELLE TOPLEY
Hi there! I’m Danielle Topley, a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I specialize in supporting preteens, teens and young adults as they navigate some of the most important and challenging years of their lives. Adolescence is a time of identity exploration, building independence, and forming deeper connections—and it can also be a time filled with pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt.
Whether you or your teen are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, peer relationships, family conflict, or questions about identity and belonging, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to process emotions, navigate challenges, and explore what matters most to you. My goal is to help individuals better understand themselves, feel confident in who they are, and move forward with clarity and direction. I also recognize the important role parents play in this journey and work collaboratively to support healthy communication and connection within families.
I trust that everyone has the ability to shape and achieve their version of a fulfilling life. Despite vulnerabilities and hardships, tremendous strength resides within every individual. Through a strengths-based, person-centred approach, I aim to empower clients to trust their voice, build resilience, and feel a greater sense of belonging in their world. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward self-discovery, satisfaction, and an improved sense of well-being.
