Having a soft heart can lead to feeling emotions deeply, and learning how to navigate those emotions can be a big task, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Counselling Psychology master’s student, I’m here to help you understand your emotions, identify your strengths, and create a safe space for self-growth.
I’m passionate about supporting couples and individuals who feel deeply or have been told that their emotions are “too much”. With experience working alongside diverse populations and those in crisis, I embrace everyone’s unique experiences and aim to create a respectful and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive perspective, my approach to therapy is personalized, recognizing the value of individual experiences. When you enter the therapy room, I will meet your experiences with empathy and compassion, offering a space for healing, safety, and growth.
Your story deserves to be shared, listened to, and honoured, without the fear of judgment. If you are ready to take the first step towards loving yourself, your relationships, and your life, I would be honoured to join you on your journey.
