Some sliding scale options

Life’s complexities can ripple into every area—our mental and physical health,
relationships, and ability to thrive. I chose this field because I’m passionate about
helping people navigate adversity and move toward a life of peace, resilience, and well-
being. We all deserve to look back on our lives with a sense of satisfaction and
meaning. I believe a growth mindset is key to getting there.

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages. I also offer
assessments for premarital counselling, pre-adoption, and foster care—supporting
clients through significant life transitions with insight and care.

My professional experience spans government, healthcare, education, research,
supportive living, correctional services, and cross-cultural settings. This diverse
background has shaped a broad and flexible skillset, allowing me to connect with clients
from all walks of life and support a wide range of concerns. These include mood and
anxiety disorders, relationship and attachment challenges, emotional and behavioural
issues, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

I take a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based practices
with practical tools for everyday life. I bring genuine curiosity into every conversation,
honouring the vulnerability it takes to share one’s inner world. We work together to
explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviours – building skills for
meaningful, lasting growth.
