Natalie Siu-Mitton

I am a Registered Psychologist passionate about supporting young adults, adults, and older adults through healing, growth, and self-discovery. My practice focuses on individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma, attachment issues, identity development, and life transitions. Additionally, with over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, not only do I have a deep understanding of acute and chronic health conditions, I have lived experience working within the healthcare system and a unique perspective in working with healthcare professionals facing burnout, stress, and compassion fatigue.

I work from a strengths-based, client-centered approach that is culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, size-inclusive, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming—honouring the complex intersections of identity, worth, and belonging. Rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to (re)connect with yourself, process what’s been heavy, and move forward in alignment with your values.
