Priyanka Minhas
Hi, I’m Priyanka! I’m a counselling intern at Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling. My primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership and welcome individuals from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds.
I integrate solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and dialectical-behavioural approaches, informed by trauma-informed and mindfulness-based perspectives. My work focuses on helping clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
I am particularly interested in supporting second-generation Canadians navigating mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and addiction, within the context of cultural identity and family expectations. I also enjoy helping clients with navigating interpersonal relationships and different life stages. My background in crisis response, peer support, and community mental health initiatives has strengthened my belief in the healing power of authentic connection and the transformative potential of a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your healing journey.
