Bo Jeon
Hello! Thank you for being here. Perhaps you are taking this step because you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or burnout. Perhaps you are struggling with relationship challenges or sexuality and identity exploration – maybe you are a first-generation immigrant like me that grew up in an immigrant household carrying responsibilities beyond your years while also figuring out who you are. Whatever you are coming in with, I am here to meet you exactly where you are!
I draw from evidence-based practices while also honouring the individuality of each client – my approaches may involve EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-informed ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Self-Compassion and Mindfulness, Attachment-Based Therapy and DBT (Dialectic Behavioural Therapy).
My goal is to create a warm, non-judgemental space, where we can work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop tools that support healing and growth. If this feels right for you, I look forward to connecting!
Bo is able to take clients in the south Midnapore location as well.
Please contact to book in the south location.
