Hello! My name is Jessica and I am an EMDR therapy trained Counsellor.
I am passionate about working with clients to increase their self-awareness and discover strengths to build resiliency and adaptability to the environments they face. Sometimes grief isn’t about losing a person—it’s about losing a version of yourself. Maybe your identity has been shaped by a career that no longer fits, a dream of parenthood that feels out of reach, or a relationship that has shifted beyond recognition. You might be facing retirement, infertility, burnout, or major life transitions that have left you asking, Who am I now?

These moments of identity loss can be quiet but deeply painful. They often come with confusion, isolation, shame, and a longing to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with a sense of purpose.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s been lost and what still remains. I offer a supportive space grounded in mindfulness, EMDR therapy, and compassionate dialogue to help you process your experience, rebuild self-trust, and create space for new meaning to emerge. When working with couples, I integrate Gottman-based communication tools to help partners reconnect and navigate change together.
